Executive Leadership Program
Project Overview
A major South African mining corporation approached FOAN to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership development program for their C-suite executives. The client recognized the need to strengthen their leadership pipeline and prepare their executive team for the challenges of a rapidly changing industry.
