A leading telecommunications company engaged FOAN to plan and execute their annual corporate gala and awards ceremony. The event was designed to celebrate employee achievements, recognize top performers, and strengthen company culture following a challenging year of industry disruption.
Our team took on end-to-end event management, from concept development and venue selection to entertainment booking and on-the-night coordination. The gala was held at a prestigious Johannesburg venue and featured a sit-down dinner, live entertainment, and a 15-category awards presentation.

Secured a premium venue and designed an elegant theme reflecting the company's brand and "Rising Together" concept for the evening.
Entertainment
Booked a well-known South African comedian as host and a live band for post-dinner entertainment, creating a memorable experience.
Awards Production
Developed a seamless awards presentation with professional video packages for each nominee, creating emotional and engaging moments.
Logistics Management
Coordinated all aspects including catering, transportation, guest registration, and a dedicated team of 30 event staff on the night.
